My core role — walk into unstructured processes of growing businesses and turn them into working systems. Fix product and technical logic, set up baseline architecture, put order between business, design, and engineering. 300+ projects since 2018, personally or under my management.
The job isn't to do everything by hand. It's to leave behind a stable platform — a clear product, a baseline technical structure, and the operational order a full IT team can later stand on. One person, before the org chart exists.
